- Brittany Suttles, 31, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 11.
- April Knipp, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 11.
- Dana Bailey, 43, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 11.
- Leslie Bailey, 45, of Grahn, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on four counts of failure to appear, and charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), giving an officer false identifying information, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested October 11, booked October 12.
- Kimberly Young, 42, of Catlettsburg, arrested by an unlisted agency, serving a bench warrant, arrested and booked October 12.
- Mason Skaggs, 18, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked October 12.
- Thomas Crabtree, 22, of Lucasville, arrested by Green County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 12.
- Hayley Hayes, 20, of Litchfield, arrested by Carter County District Court, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked October 12.
- Berman Skaggs, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, and for failure to appear and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 13.
- Amber Kinster-Jones, 34, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 14.
- Christopher Duncan, 43, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County District Court, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked October 14.
- Jonathan Huffman, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, improper registration plate, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, license not in possession, and two counts of failure to appear (one of those on a citation for a misdemeanor), arrested and booked October 16.
- Melody Burchett, 52, of Ashland, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 17.
- James Burton, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Elliott County Sheriff, on a probation violation (technical violation), arrested and booked October 17.
