- Eric Hanna, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear on citations for misdemeanors, arrested and booked September 26.
- Shawn Ison, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked September 26.
- Roy Abrams, 57, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, rear license not illuminated, and driving a nuisance vehicle (noisy, etc.), arrested and booked September 26.
- Derek Reynolds, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked September 27.
- Stefanie Bodkins, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), and first degree promotion of contraband, arrested and booked September 27.
- Craig Horton, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked September 27.
- Deanna Harris, 41, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, charges unavailable, arrested and booked September 28.
- David Stallard, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, charges unavailable, arrested and booked September 29.
- Richard Crabtree, 44, of Lancaster, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a parole violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked October 1.
- Thomas Leslie, 66, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure to or improper signal, arrested and booked October 1.
- Steven Sexton, 43, of Carter County, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 2.
- Susan DeHart, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, and failure to appear, arrested and booked October 2.
