 Weekly arrests report 11/10/21

 The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center. 

  • Lois Blanton, 40, of Rush, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 1.
  • Kalen Gollihue, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked November 1. 
  • Brian Hale, 51, of Rush, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault with minor injury, arrested and booked November 1. 
  • Dale Hamm, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license – first offense, no tail lamps, failure to maintain required insurance, one headlight, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, no registration receipt, and rear license not illuminated, arrested and booked November 1. 
  • James Prater, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked November 2. 
  • Jeremy Hall, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked November 2. 
  • Wendell McDaniel, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of theft of identity of another without consent, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked November 2. 
  • Brandie Whisman, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, arrested and booked November 3. 
  • Crystal Rexroad, 38, of Hillsboro, arrested by Carter County Jail, on a probation violation (for technical violation), arrested and booked November 3. 
  • Anthony Light, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of resisting arrest, menacing, public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and second degree disorderly conduct, arrested and booked November 3. 
  • Jayce Couch, 20, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 4. 
  • Richard Carver, 31, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, and first degree strangulation, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • Russell Brown, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • Craig Baier, 29, of Grayson, self-surrender, for drug court, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • Timothy Williams, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Jail, charges unavailable, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • David Harlow, 43, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • Ronald Miller, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 5. 
  • Ryan Handley, 42, of Willard, arrested by Grayson PD, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Sean Stevens, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of failure to appear, and leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Faith Taynor, 21, of Hitchins, arrested by Boyd County Jail, charges unavailable, arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Jason Ruth, 45, of Lexington, arrested by Grayson PD, charges unavailable, arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Constance Boggs, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Deborah Hall, 56, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation (for felony offense), arrested and booked November 6. 
  • Lakeisha Wallace, 24, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), failure to appear – citation for misdemeanor, and failure to appear, arrested and booked November 7. 
  • Raymond Boschert, 26, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of failure to appear, first degree wanton endangerment, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), possession of marijuana, first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked November 7. 
  • Donna Wiler, 42, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of third degree burglary, arrested and booked November 7. 

All of the charges listed are arrest charges only, and do not indicate an indictment or a conviction for the charges in question. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
