- Michael Middleton, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of reckless driving, first degree criminal mischief, failure to maintain required insurance, and leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked July 26
- James Conn, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 25 MPH over limit, first degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, inadequate silencer, failure to wear seat belts, no registration receipt, no registration plates, improper display of registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain required insurance, two counts of failure to appear, two counts of probation violation for a felony offense, theft by unlawful taking – $500 or more but under $10,000, second degree criminal mischief, and being a persistent felony offender, arrested and booked July 26.
- Jeffrey Wilhelm, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a charge of parole violation for technical violation, arrested and booked July 27.
- Kyle Holbrook, 28, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, no motorcycle operator’s license, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), and no registration plates, arrested and booked July 27.

- Tiffany Davis, 27, of Aberdeen, Ohio, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance, and no registration receipt, arrested and booked July 27.
- Anthony Light, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication – alcohol, arrested and booked July 27.
- Brandon Combs, 34, of Pikeville, held by Carter County District Court, for court, arrested and booked July 28.
- Laura Davis, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of public intoxication – controlled substance excluding alcohol, arrested and booked July 28
- James Maddox, 35, of Hitchins, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of theft by unlawful taking – $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000, and theft of identity of another without consent, arrested and booked July 28.
- Timothy Williams, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of no registration receipt, careless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked July 28.
- Toby Henderson, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a bench warrant for court, arrested and booked July 29.
- Marbin Carreto, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence with minor injury, arrested and booked July 30.
- Travis Carter, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of third degree terroristic threatening, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, arrested and booked July 30.
- William Meeks, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, no tail lamps, and no operator’s moped license, arrested and booked July 31.
- Kevin Meyers, 42, of Alliance, Ohio, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, failure to maintain required insurance, driving on a DUI suspended license, and failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked July 31.
- Vanessa Gollihue, 29, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication, arrested and booked July 31.
- Brandy Bond, 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to illuminate head lamps, rear license not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, giving an officer false identifying information, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, trafficking in a controlled substance – heroin, trafficking in a controlled substance – carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested July 31, booked August 1.

- Kayla Henderson, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on five counts of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance – two grams or more but less than 100 grams of heroin, arrested and booked August 2.
- Anthony Sanders, 35, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a pair of bench warrants, arrested and booked August 2.
- James Costigan, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on a charge of failure to appear, arrested July 23, booked August 2.
