Mr. Carl Wayne White age 60, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at his residence.
He was born June 22, 1961 in Rowan County, Kentucky a son of Anna Mae Collier White of Morehead, Kentucky and the late Paul Eugene White.
Carl was a Christian. He was a retired carpenter. Carl was a member of El Hasa Shrine Temple in Ashland, Kentucky and a member of Carter County Shrine Club. He loved watching UK Basketball and NASCAR, going to Bluegrass Festivals and spending time with his family, friends and his dogs.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Eugene White.
Along with his mother he is survived by his wife of twenty-seven years, Cathy Justice White; two brothers, Ronnie White of Morehead, Kentucky and Donnie White of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; two sisters, Jeri Wages and Debbie (Dennis) Poe all of Morehead, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Kelley Duncan, Vicky Wiggin, Amanda Duncan, Debra Stinson, Jeffrey White, Paula White, Ashley Marie Barber, Justin Duncan, Wade Wages and Michael White; great nieces and nephews, Haley Beverly and Alex Morgan.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Jack Templeman officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 6 p.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel at 17277 West Highway US 60 in Olive Hill, Kentucky and after 9 am on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the funeral home until the service hour.
Wade Lee Wages, Ben Justice, Mike Jenkins, Randy Johnson, Dennis Poe, Tim Raybourn, Justin Duncan and JD Hignite will serve as pallbearers.
