Elizabeth Fields Carroll, age 90, of Olive Hill, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Kingsbrook Life Care in Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born March 21, 1932 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Elihu and Ada Mae Walker Carroll Fields.
Elizabeth was of the United Baptist Faith. She enjoyed playing bingo at the Nursing Home, working word puzzles, watching tv and spending time with family.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one son, Gary Carroll; two grandsons, Paul Dillon “Nemo” Bryant and Waylon “Wemo” Carroll; three brothers, Roy Fields, William Carroll and Clifford Carroll; seven sisters, Letha Fields, Bertha Blevins, Faye Mauk, Sophia Cox, Goldie Workman, Jessie Coleman and Linda Mobley.
She is survived by three sons, Danny Carroll, James Carroll and Paul Carroll all of Olive Hill, Kentucky; two daughters, Glenna Porter of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Debbie Kennedy of Ashland, Ohio; fifteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren, one brother, Estill Fields of Manchester, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel at 17277 West US Hwy 60 in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Elder David Barker, Elder Louie Baier, Elder Rob Baier officiating. Burial will follow in the Carroll-Sammons Cemetery on Rattlesnake Ridge in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 11:30 a.m. on Monday until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
