Jack “Kevin” James, age 70, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his Florida family.
He was born July 17, 1956, in Boyd County, Kentucky, a son of the late Jack Allen and Lois Kelly James.
Kevin was a “hard rocker” and enjoyed playing music. He was a talented musician with a beautiful voice. He enjoyed traveling, spending time outdoors and going out to eat.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Denise Adkins James and one son, Jeremiah Kevin James.
Kevin is survived by one granddaughter, Larissa James; three brothers, Scott James of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Mickey James of Jacksonville, Florida, and Kelly Caldwell of Orlando, Florida; one sister, Michele James Mulvihill of Orlando, Florida, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
At Kevin’s request there will be no services at this time.
