Kevin Dewayne Burchett, age 49, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born Wednesday, April 24, 1974, in Rowan County, Kentucky, to Alma Kay Butler Burchett of Olive Hill, Kentucky and the late Edgar Burchett.
Kevin enjoyed walking, playing football, going out to eat and spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, Carey (Terri) Burchett of Grayson, Kentucky; nephews and nieces, Kyle Burchett, Courtney Burchett, Kelsey Burchett, Kerrick Burchett, Tyler Burchett and Kayla Wages, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Us Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Jason Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 12 noon, Thursday, October, 5, 2023 until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
