Mrs. Plyna Diann Jenkins, age 68 of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2021 in Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.
She was born February 28, 1953, in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Dearl and Belva Fultz Kitchen.
Plyna was a member of the New Beginnings Church in Grayson, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter, Jackie Evans.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Johnnie Jenkins. Two sons John S. (Colleen) Jenkins of Grayson, Kentucky, Bryan Jenkins and companion Edna Lemaster of Louisa, Kentucky. Nine grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Dearl (Betty) Kitchen, Jr., of Grayson, Kentucky, Chester Kitchen of Grayson, Kentucky and Audie (Helen) Kitchen of Blue Springs, Missouri. Three sisters, Irene (Bill) Walters of New Mexico, Nadine (Mitchell) Sexton of Grayson, Kentucky and Carolyn (Clifford) Jobe of Grayson, Kentucky and a host of family and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at New Beginnings Church, Grayson, Kentucky with Brother Kyle Burchett officiating. Burial will follow in the Fultz Cemetery on St. Rt. 1122, Grayson, Kentucky.
Friends may visit at 12 Noon, Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at New Beginnings Church, Grayson, Kentucky.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
