Rebecca Jane Mormon Carver, age 80, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving .
She was born Monday, December 20, 1943, in Carter County, Kentucky, to the late Jim and Kay Blevins Mormon.
Becky enjoyed work outside in her flowers and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Anthony “Tony” Parsons and Kevin Carver.
Becky is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Roy Carver; three sons, Carl Parson of Grayson, Kentucky, Richard Parsons of Cattlesburg, Kentucky and Richard Carver of Vanceburg, Kentucky; one daughter, Shannon Hicks of California; 22 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Bill Burnett officiating. Burial will follow in the Carver Cemetery, in Carter County Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 9 a.m., Thursday, May 9, 2024, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
