Terry Martin Horsley, passed away at his residence in Olive Hill, Kentucky, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the age of 68. Born July 25th, 1957, a son of the late Coy Hubert and Mary Lois Bond Horsley.
Terry is survived by one brother, Thomas (Mary) Horsley of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; one sister, Jacqueline (Byron) Hargett of Olive Hill, Kentucky; three nephews, Christopher Horsley, Kyle Horsley and Timothy Hargett; two nieces, Carrie Varney, Sarah Ayers; eight great-nieces and nephews, Lauren Horsley, Aiden Duff, Jamie Lee Horsley, Evelyn Hargett, Thomas Horsley, Maggie Varney, Alayna Hargett, Adalee Ayers; friends, Mickey Brown, Louie Keaton, Benny Carroll, Robbie Tackett……., along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Terry was a member of Three Pine Freewill Baptist Church, where he loved attending services and singing Precious Memories. He served the Olive Hill community as a Barber for many years, taking great pride in his craft and in the friendships he formed within the Barbershop. He was a devoted sports fan, always cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, Cincinnati Reds and the Dallas Cowboys,. When he was able, Terry always took time to visit with others that were ill and often took flowers and gifts to those in mourning.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Tom Mattingly and Brother Gary Sparks officiating. Burial will follow in Watson Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2025, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
Allen Bond, Bennie Carroll, Rodney Ingles, Mark Bond, Micky Brown, Louie Keaton will serve as pallbearers.
Kevin Jordan, Tony James, Stan McGlone, Tim Collins, Robbie Tackett and James Pelfrey will serve as honorary pallbearers.
