Timothy “Tim” Fultz

1952-2024

Timothy “Tim” Fultz, age 72, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born August 16, 1952, in Carter County, Kentucky, the son of the late James Frank and Lula Irene Hall Fultz.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Tim Reeves and one brother, Thomas J. Fultz.

Tim enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels and visiting people. He loved watching UK Sports, listening to Beatles and Oldies Music and going out to eat, and spending time with his family.

Tim is survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Jeremy) Carson of Morehead, Kentucky; two very special children that he claimed as his own, Ethan Dailey and Shayna Gilbert both of Olive Hill, Kentucky; the love of his life, Linda Greenhill Layne of Paintsville, Kentucky; two brothers, Rodney Lynch of Gas City, Indiana, Terry Fultz of Warren, Indiana; five sisters, Sandra Perry, Deborrah (Gary) Fraley all of Morehead, Kentucky; Lottie (Tom) Begley, Francine (Gary) Bond, Pam (Allen) Stone all of Olive Hill, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Tim leaves a special message to his other survivors, “The hundreds of people that have bummed, stolen or simply cheated me of hundred of thousand of dollars, just letting them all know that I have forgiven them and wish them all a very long life to which they can think about their forgiveness. Many others that have beat me out of thousands, I forgive them all too.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Derrick Logan officiating. Burial will follow in the Fultz Cemetery on Bethel Ridge in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Friends may visit from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2024 and after 9 a.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2024, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.

Blake Stevens, Timmy Bond, Sean Bond Ray Perry, Jeremy Carson and Justin Lynch will serve as pallbearers.

Gary Bond, Gary Fraley, Allen Stone and Tom Begley will serve as honorary pallbearers.
