Hello to the folks over at Carter County Times.
My name is Thomas Eklund. I am a senior at West Carter High School this year.
First off I would love to thank you all for your hard work and dedication in providing our county with it’s own unique news source. I realize that not a lot of people my age have an interest in reliable, local news, so I feel especially lucky to be exposed to the newspaper.
The article in the Wednesday, January 18th release ‘The importance of locally owned media’ was striking to me and inspired me to write this email. I look forward to future releases of the newspaper, and keep up the great work.
