Carter Childcare West opens in Olive Hill

The Olive Hill Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Carter Childcare West facility. The daycare and early education organization is operated by the same family who runs Carter Childcare and Early Learning Center in Grayson.
