ASHLAND, Ky. – King’s Daughters is pleased to announce its Urgent Care Centers in Ashland and Grayson, Ky., and Burlington and Ironton, Ohio, will be opening an hour earlier, beginning Oct. 1.
“We are continually looking for ways to improve our service to our communities,” said Shelly Baier, director of urgent care services for King’s Daughters. “In analyzing our hours of service, we noticed that our patients really seemed to prefer to be seen first thing in the morning, flooding the Centers at opening every day.”
The new hours – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily – will make it even easier for patients to get the healthcare services they need without delay, Baier noted.
King’s Daughters Urgent Care Centers in Cannonsburg and Russell, Ky., already observe the new hours. King’s Daughters Urgent Care in Portsmouth, Ohio, will continue to be open 24/7.
King’s Daughters Urgent Care Centers provide attention for non-life threatening medical problems or problems that could become worse with delay, such as colds, flu, earaches, sore throats, migraines, fever or rashes; injuries such as sprains, back pain, cuts and burns, broken bones or eye injuries; acute management of high blood pressure; removal of foreign objects; and stings and bites.
Appointments are not needed.
