A Center 4 A Change ribbon cutting

The Olive Hill Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting event for the opening of the Center 4 A Change location in Olive Hill on Saturday. The counseling center, with locations in Grayson, Ashland, and Morehead, was founded by Olive Hill native Kieara Judd-Irick and her mother Tonya Bond-Judd.
