- William Greer, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of speeding 26 MPH or more over the speed limit, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 16.
- Eric Davis, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked December 16.
- Staci Porter, 25, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 17.
- Larry Burton, 65, of Fultz, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, and on two counts of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, arrested and booked December 17.

- Terry McKenzie, 54, of Morehead, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 18.
- Tiffany Esteppe, 34, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked December 19.
- Marlena Stanford, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 19.
- Robert Barker, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked December 20.
- Shannon Waggoner, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked December 20.
- Isaias Delgado, 28, of Hamilton, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a parole violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked December 20.
- Angela Stapleton, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked December 20.
- Windy Reaper, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, for drug court, arrested and booked December 20.
- Shawn King, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 21.
- Felicia Havens, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 21.
- Bruce Sexton, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked December 22.

- Curtis Winkleman, 39, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of receiving stolen property valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked December 25.
- Michael Smith, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of menacing, arrested and booked December 26.
- Windy Reaper, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, for drug court, arrested and booked December 27.
- Jon Fleming, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 28.
- Damon Barido, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), disregarding a stop sign, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, reckless driving, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and five counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked December 28.
- Patricia Staten, 56, of Louisa, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 29.
