• Thomas Boggs, 54, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of violating a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order/Domestic Violence Order, arrested and booked October 12.
• Gary Morgan, 65, of Hitchins, arresting agency not listed, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 12.
• Caressa Smith, 40, of Olive Hill, arresting agency not listed, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to surrender a revoked operator’s license, and possessing a license when privileges are revoked, arrested and booked October 12.
• Tyler Pate, 23, of Nicholasville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked October 13.
• Kevin Llewellyn, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 13.
• Amber Lester, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 14.
• Brandie Whisman, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, driving on a DUI suspended license, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked October 15.
• Tiffany Gambill, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, arrested and booked October 15.
• James Rucker, 63, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked October 15.
• Darryl Gidron, 59, of Ashland, arrested by Greenup County Sheriff, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked October 15.
• Jessica James, 41, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence – with no visible injury, arrested and booked October 15.
• Timothy James, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of holding a prescription controlled substance in an improper container, third degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified, and fourth degree assault – domestic violence – with no visible injury, arrested and booked October 15.
• Jeremy Stewart, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked October 16.
• Ricky Davis, 55, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, and a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked October 18.
• Albert Wilburn, 42, of Garrison, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of public intoxication under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked October 18.
• John Doe, 66, address unknown, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree disorderly conduct, second degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, and public intoxication under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked October 18.
