- Jeffery Hicks, 55, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of violating a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order / Domestic Violence Order (EPO/DVO), arrested and booked April 10.
- Willetta Lewis, 61, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of inadequate silencer (muffler), failure to produce insurance card, and first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked April 10.
- Ontario Croskey, 22, of Pontiac, MI, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), arrested and booked April 10.
- Michael Salyers, 38, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested February 19, booked April 11.
- Lewis Dean, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 11.
- Staci Porter, 24, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 11.
- Peyton Wilburn, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of third degree terroristic threatening, second degree stalking, and second degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked April 12.
- James Clark, 40, of Ashland, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked April 12.
- Timothy Ramey, 21, address unknown, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of speeding 8 MPH over limit, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked April 13.
- Tristan Mosbey, 25, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault – dating violence – with minor injury, arrested and booked April 13.
- Jesse Fraley, 28, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 13.
- Jonda Pfau, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, weekender, arrested and booked April 13.
- Amos Reynolds, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to wear seat belts, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, no registration receipt, no registration plates, obstructed vision and/or windshield, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked April 13.
- Michael Middleton, 47, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 14.
