- Mason Skaggs, 22, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, driving on a DUI suspended license, second degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, failure to maintain required insurance, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), and reckless driving, arrested and booked April 13.
- Mark Hignutt, 65, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, failure to use or improper signal, careless driving, failure to produce an insurance card, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked April 13.
- Gerald Butler, 51, of Vanceburg, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including two counts of third degree burglary, and two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building of items valued at more than $500 but less than $1,000, arrested and booked April 14.
- Sherman Wagoner, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 14.
- Jerry Hall, 39, of Cynthiana, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, third degree assault on a police or probation officer, resisting arrest, public intoxication on a controlled substance, second degree disorderly conduct, menacing, second degree indecent exposure, and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree, arrested and booked April 14.
