- James Menefee, 50, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of second degree assault – domestic violence, arrested and booked June 28.
- Chester Harper, 66, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, third degree assault – police or probation officer, and public intoxication on a controlled substance, arrested and booked June 29.
- Louis Marshall, 58, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked June 29.
- Bruce Barnett, 55, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of driving on a DUI suspended license, and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked June 29.
- James Taylor, 57, of Somerset, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked June 30.
- Crystal Vanover, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, third degree terroristic threatening, and third degree assault on a peace officer – communicable bodily fluid, arrested and booked July 1.
- Magan Keith, 33, of Campbellsville, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault – dating violence (with minor injury), arrested and booked July 1.
- Justin Burchett, 34, of Ashland, arresting agency unavailable, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, arrested and booked July 1.
- Kayla Lewis, 37, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 1.
- Ethan Dunn, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of fourth degree assault (no visible injury), and third degree fleeing or evading police, arrested and booked July 2.
- David Cooley, 45, of Emerson, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 2.
- Melissa Williams, 48, of Owingsville, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (no visible injury), arrested and booked July 2.
- Theodore Woodard, 73, of Grayson, arresting agency unavailable, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 3.
- David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 3.
- Alexander Cline-Dickerson, 31, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 3.
- Dusty Tolliver, 32, of Denton, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 3.
- Gerald Porter, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked July 6.
