- Arturo Moreno, 37, of Greenup, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to or improper signal, no operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and failure to wear seat belts, arrested and booked August 20, and on a hold from release by ICE, for deportation.
- Kyle Greer, 30, of Grayson, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked August 20.
- Matthew Pfau, 43, arrested by Grayson PD, charges unavailable, arrested and booked August 21.
- Casey Lee, 33, of Ashland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of second degree assault – domestic violence, arrested and booked August 21.
- Randy Lucas, 60, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked August 21.
- David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked August 21.
- Danny Withrow, 39, arrested by Carter County District Court, charges unavailable, arrested and booked August 21.
- James Rucker, 63, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on five counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, and a probation violation (for a felony offense), arrested and booked August 22.
- Andy Bradley, 46, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 26 MPH or more over the limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to produce an insurance card, and no or expired registration receipt, arrested and booked August 22.
- Barren Barker, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 22.
- Joseph McDavid, 42, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of second degree cruelty to animals, arrested and booked August 22.
- David Phillips, 34, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, rear license not illuminated, one headlight, failure to produce an insurance card, no or expired registration receipt, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, license not in possession, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked August 23.
- Shay Maddix, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 23.
- Anthony McQuaid, 33, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of third degree fleeing or evading police, and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 24.
