- Kaleb Treadway, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, on a probation/parole violation, arrested and booked September 1.
- Joseph Riffe, 37, of Stanton, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a probation/parole violation, arrested and booked September 1.
- Phillip Blevins, 78, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence (with minor injury), arrested and booked September 1.
- Jonathan Crum, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable, arrested and booked September 2.
- Christian Bates, 38, of Hardy, AR, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 2.
- Ronald Miller, 45, of Knoxville, TN, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and careless driving, arrested and booked September 3.
- Allysha Bredesen, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence (with minor injury), arrested and booked September 3.
- Michael Simpson, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of fourth degree assault – domestic violence (with minor injury), arrested and booked September 3.
- Justin Royster, 39, of South Shore, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 3.
- Jonathan Phillips, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 3.
- John Hall, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on charges of third degree assault of a police or probation officer, first degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under, second degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, second degree criminal mischief, and third degree terroristic threatening, arrested and booked September 4.
- Michael Hardy, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of second degree burglary, third degree burglary, and second degree persistent felony offender, arrested and booked September 4.
- David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 4.
- Edgar Binion, 44, of Morehead, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 4.
- Jessica McGuire, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), endangering the welfare of a minor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 5.
