The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.
- Tristan Mitchell, 26, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of fourth degree
assault (minor injury), third degree terroristic threatening, and second degree wanton
endangerment, arrested and booked January 9.
- Scotty Skaggs, 54, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, serving a warrant for parole
violation, arrested and booked January 9.
- Patricia Sullivan, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree
criminal trespass, arrested and booked January 10.
- Sherri Mayle, 32, of Russell, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and
booked January 10.
- James Sublett, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear,
arrested and booked January 10.
- Michael Carter, 25, of Denton, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two or more grams of methamphetamine), and trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), second or higher offense, arrested and booked January 10.
- Michael McGlone, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree
wanton endangerment, arrested and booked January 10.
- Robert Fosson, 57, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor
vehicle under the influence of alcohol – second offense, and driving on a DUI suspended
license – second offense, arrested and booked January 11.
- Robert Dickerson, 51, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a probation
violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked January 11.
- Devan Burchett, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked January 12.
- Joshua Bohannon, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of
violating a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order, arrested and
booked January 15.
