- Tommy Duncan, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 5.
- Caleb McGlone, 32, of Lexington, arrested by Carter County District Court on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked March 6.
- Sandra Bayes, 56, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on charges of engaging in organized crime, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four grams or more of cocaine), and trafficking in a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), arrested and booked March 6.
- Zachary White, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of third degree unlawful transaction with a minor, arrested and booked March 7.
- Robin Thurman, 39, of Carter City, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked March 7.
- Drew Zirkle, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked March 8.
- James Hale, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, rear license not illuminated, no registration receipt, no registration plates, and failure to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked March 9.
- Michael LeClaire, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of flagrant non-support, arrested and booked March 9.
- Adam Lucas, 41, of Denton, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 10.
- Darrell Williams, 22, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of harassment (no physical contact), and second degree stalking, arrested and booked March 10.
- Gary Rogers, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked March 10.
- Joseph Elam, 35, of Ashland, self-surrender, for drug court, arrested and booked March 10.

- Sarah Summers, 31, of Bangor, ME, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked March 10.
- Tristan Watkins, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked March 11.
- Cameron Maxie, 23, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of menacing, second degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – automobile, and third degree terroristic threatening, arrested and March 11.
- Cody Spillman, 41, of Clearfield, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of flagrant non-support, arrested by March 11.
- Tara Lyons, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, arrested and booked March 11.
- Melissa Porter, 44, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked March 12.
