Weekly arrests report: 4/26/23

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Caleb McGlone, 32, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked April 17.
  • Derek Wright, 21, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of violating a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, two counts of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, two counts of failure to appear, and for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 17.
  • Billy Barker, 46, of Lexington, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation (for technical violation), arrested and booked April 17.
  • Christopher Bush, 44, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 17.
  • Joshua Bayless, 28, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 17.
  • Megan Jenkins, 23, of Garrison, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, improper or no windshield, inadequate silencer (muffler), operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, improper display of registration plates, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked April 17.
  • Richard Bausano, 63, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked April 18.
  • Derrick Lucas, 35, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for another agency, arrested and booked April 18.
  • Leandra Glover, 33, of Georgetown, arrested by Grayson PD, serving a warrant for a parole violation, and on a charge of resisting arrest, arrested and booked April 18.
  • Luis Martinez, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 18.
  • Phillip Bradley, 56, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 19.
  • David Justice, 53, of Garrison, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge on operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked April 19.
  • Jaclyn Garvin, 34, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of endangering the welfare of a minor, arrested and booked April 19.
  • Timmy Griffey Jr., 28, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of endangering the welfare of a minor, arrested and booked April 19.
  • Jared Binion, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked April 19.
  • Richard Bausano, 63, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of third degree assault on a police officer or probation officer, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Jason Warren, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on five counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Katie Carpenter, 34, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – contents from vehicle, second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts of theft by deception – including cold checks, and failure to appear, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Jeffrey Jones, 39, of Denton, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including two counts of failure to appear, possession of marijuana, and third degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Christopher Woods, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure to notify department of transportation of an address change, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Leslie Eldridge, 31, of Willard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including two counts of failure to appear, speeding 12 MPH over limit, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts,operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Jeremy Stewart, 48, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Cameron Humphrey, 22, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked April 20.
  • Katie Fraley, 28, of Willard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, arrested and booked April 21.
  • Misty Milton, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and resisting arrest, arrested and booked April 21.
  • Tina Johnson, 40, of Grayson, arrested by the Kentucky Department of Corrections, controlled intake following sentencing, arrested and booked April 21.
  • Sabra Gumm, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 22.
  • Jason Lewis, 39, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 22.
  • Wendell McDaniel, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 22.
  • Cody Chaney, 32, of Pikeville, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 23.
