- Austin Kilgore, 18, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to appear, arrested and booked on April 23.
- Joseph Wiggs, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, first-degree strangulation, arrested and booked on April 26.
- Dennis Lambert, 47, of Morehead, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, third-degree possession of a controlled substance – drug unspecified, arrested April 25, booked April 26.
- Ryan Morrison, 18, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth-degree assault – domestic violence with minor injury, arrested and booked on April 26.
