Nancy Renee Johnson, age 44, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at her residence.
She was born Tuesday, March 27, 1979, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of Ricky and Anita Carpenter Lewis.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband of 14 years, William Johnson.
She enjoyed working in her yard, looking for four leaf clover, listening to music, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Nancy is survived by two sons, William Johnson, Christopher Johnson (Brittany Middleton) all of Olive Hill, Kentucky, two daughters, Samantha Johnson and Layla Johnson both of Grahn, Kentucky; her twin brother, Jeffrey Lewis of Grahn, Kentucky; two sisters, Stephanie Binion of Grahn, Kentucky and Angie Meade of Morehead, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 8, 2023, at Globe Funeral Chapel with Brother David Rayburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Bledsoe Johnson Cemetery in Grahn, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 10 a.m., Friday, September 8, 2023, until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
