Sam is a male lab, believed to be between 10 and 12 weeks old. He’s just a little guy, at 23 pounds, but with lots of love to give. His $100 adoption fee includes rabies vaccination and being neutered. Stop by the Carter County Animal Shelter and meet him or call 475-9771 for more information.
