The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

• Steven Litterall, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree criminal mischief, and non-payment of court costs, fees, and fines, arrested and booked September 28.
• Tiffany Prichard, 25, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 28.
• Tina Armstrong, 44, of Mt. Sterling, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked September 29.
• Edward Martinez, 23, of Louisville, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, on a hold for court, arrested and booked September 29.
• Dalton Whitt, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for contempt of court, arrested and booked September 29.
• Joshua Hollon, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to produce an insurance card, and speeding 10 MPH over the limit, arrested and booked September 29.
• Stefiney Gill, 18, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of second degree criminal mischief, menacing, and third degree assault of a police or probation officer, arrested and booked September 29.

• Jon Fleming, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked October 2.
• Jeffrey Goodan, 64, address unavailable, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, failure to wear seat belts, careless driving, and prescription held in improper container, arrested and booked October 3.
