The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.
• Jason Allen, 43, of Richmond, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 21.
• Jason Runyon, 44, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 21.
• Adrian Frei, 29, of Morehead, arrested by Montgomery County Sheriff, on a charge of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means, arrested and booked September 22.
• Jennifer Roninette, 48, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 23.
• Russell White, 57, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County District Court, on a charge of contempt of court, arrested and booked September 23.
• Benjamin Stone, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked September 23.
• Mickey Stanley, 47, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on charges of failure to pay support, and two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 24.
• Craig Baier, 34, of Garrison, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – automobile valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked September 24.
• Timothy Raybourn, 68, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked September 25.
• Jessica Groves, 38, of Sharpsburg, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked September 25.
• Michelle Risner, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Jail, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked September 25.
• David Harlow, 48, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked September 25.
• Rodney Hall, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, and second degree criminal trespass, arrested and booked September 25.
• Amos Reynolds, 38, of Flatwoods, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of violating a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, arrested and booked September 26.
