- Cheryl Adkins, 66, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of improper or no windshield, improper equipment, improper display of registration plates, operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, arrested and booked February 6.
- Richard Allan, 55, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, charges unavailable, arrested and booked February 6.
- Chad Wright, 46, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and no operator’s license, arrested and booked February 6.
- Stephanie Binion, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked February 6.
- Jennifer Henderson, 32, address unknown, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked February 7.
- Timothy Minton, 33, of West Union, OH, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, serving a pair of bench warrants for court, arrested and booked February 7.
- Morgan Miller, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for drug court, arrested and booked February 7.
- Bradley Stamper, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear, arrested and booked February 9.
- Alley Lyons, 24, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on two counts of failure to appear, and two probation violations (for a felony offense), arrested and booked February 9.
- Madison Campbell, 23, of Grayson, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of first degree promotion of contraband, arrested and booked February 9.
- Joseph Bailey, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked February 9.
- Delbert Farley, 45, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, charges unavailable, arrested and booked February 9.
- Shawn Zornes, 34, of Vanceburg, arrested by Greenup County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 10.
- Toby Rivers, 39, address unknown, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of third degree criminal trespassing, arrested and booked February 10.
