- Dakota Kouns, 32, of Rush, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of third degree assault of a police or probation officer, resisting arrest, menacing, criminal mischief in the first degree, and as a fugitive – warrant not required, arrested and booked July 8.

- Larry Boggs, 71, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 9.

- Hunter Jones, 22, of Hazard, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked July 11.
- Sherman Henderson, 43, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 11.

- Randall Holley, 46, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 11.
- Matthew Pipkin, 40, of Rocky Mount, NC, on charges of speeding 18 MPH over the limit, no tail lamps, no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plates, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked July 12.
