- Justin Daniels, 32, of Ashland, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear (citation for misdemeanor), arrested and booked December 4.
- Brandon Kiser, 37, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a parole violation warrant, arrested and booked December 5.
- Crystal Hodges, 37, of Princeton, West Virginia, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of murder, first degree wanton endangerment, and first degree assault, arrested and booked December 5.
- Anthony Gray, 27, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of first degree strangulation, arrested and booked December 5.
- Walter Gallion, 63, of Apalachicola, Florida, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, and failure to appear, arrested and booked December 5.
- Jessica Whitacre, 44, of Cincinnati, Ohio, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a charge of parole violation (for felony offense), arrested and booked December 5.
- William Sloas, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to appear, and first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked December 5.
- Kimi Conn, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked December 6.
- Scarlett Holbrook, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of insufficient head lamps, no tail lamps, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked December 7.
- Jacob Hall, 25, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), tampering with physical evidence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, improper display of registration plates, failure to wear seat belts, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, and reckless driving, arrested December 7 and booked December 8.
- Eric Taylor, 40, of Vanceburg, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of two counts of failure to appear, serving a parole violation warrant, and failure to comply with sex offender registration, arrested and booked December 8.
- Steven Tanner, 39, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, arrested and booked December 9.
- William Sloas, 51, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, third degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft of identity of another without consent, arrested and booked December 10.
- Ronald Horn, 49, of Louisa, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, improper turning, insufficient head lamps, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, arrested and booked December 10.
- Tammy Oney, 54, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of inadequate silencer (muffler), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property (firearm), delivering/manufacturing of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of marijuana, first degree (second degree and/or greater) trafficking of a controlled substance (two grams methamphetamine or more), failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belts, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked December 12.
- Angela Wages-Moore, 33, of Ashland, arrested by Bath County S.O., for two counts of failure to appear, arrested December 10 and booked December 12.
