- Zachary Frazier, 33, of Lexington, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of intimidating a participant in the legal process, second degree terroristic threatening, and harassing communications, arrested and booked January 23.
- Jessica Thomas, 28, of Ironton, OH, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked January 23.
- Tommy Reynolds, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of no registration receipt, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, operating a motor vehicle on suspended or revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and improper display of registration plates, arrested and booked January 23.
- Jeremy Ratcliff, 38, of Denton, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked January 24.
- Jared Beair, 29, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, and on charges of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear, arrested and booked January 26.
- William Bailey, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of rear license not illuminated, no rear view mirror, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, inadequate silencer (muffler), operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked January 26.
- Billie Binion, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of resisting arrest, first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first degree assault, and third degree assault – inmate assault on correctional employee, arrested and booked January 26.
- Johnston Varney, 23, of Blaine, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of rear license not illuminated, inadequate silencer (muffler), possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, arrested and booked January 27.
- Jonathan Meade, 22, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked January 27.

- Abigail Carter, 24, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, arrested and booked January 29.
