Weekly arrests report: 4/12/23

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Caleb McGlone, 32, of Lexington, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked April 3.
  • David Prater, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Patrick Garris, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked April 3.
  • John Kmiec, 62, of South Point, OH, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a warrant for being a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Cody Hayes, 30, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Christopher Humphrey, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, serving a warrant for parole violation, and on charges of failure to appear, speeding 10 MPH over limit, failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to maintain required insurance, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Brandon Moran, 36, of Louisa, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of violating a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Robin Ingram, 35, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Anthony Benson, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 3.
  • Danielle Sharp, 35, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 4.
  • Jonathan Reynolds, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked April 4.
  • James Brown, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked April 5.
  • April Knipp, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked April 5.
  • Timothy Bradley, 30, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, and four counts of failure to appear, arrested April 6, booked April 7.
  • Chelsea Willis, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of third degree criminal trespassing, arrested and booked April 7.
  • Brandi Meeks, 31, of Ashland, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked April 7.
  • Brendan Deluca, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – automobile valued at more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000, fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with no visible injury, and second degree criminal mischief, arrested and booked April 7.
  • Coleton Johnson, 18, of Greenup, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on charges of reckless driving, and leaving the scene of an accident – failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked April 9.

All of the charges listed are arrest charges only, and do not indicate an indictment or a conviction for the charges in question. All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
