- Caleb McGlone, 32, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked May 1.
- Larry Davis, 43, of Flatwoods, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 1.
- Keven Giorgianni, 30, of Aurora, IN, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, and a warrant as a fugitive from another state, arrested and booked May 1.
- Amy Tereskiewicz, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, and failure to illuminate head lamps, arrested and booked May 1.
- Shawn Easthom, 55, of Ironton, OH, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, improper registration plate, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, and improper equipment, arrested and booked May 2.
- Paul Branham, 56, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked May 2.
- John Sturgill, 37, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, held for drug court, arrested and booked May 3.
- Caitlin Fraley, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked May 4.
- Irma Reynolds, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked May 4.
- Jared Meeks, 34, of Ashland, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, failure to produce an insurance card, failure to notify department of transportation of an address change, failure to wear seat belts, and failure to appear, arrested and booked May 4.
- Darrin Hacquard, 35, of Rockbridge, OH, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure to produce insurance card, arrested and booked May 4.
- Ryan Bromwell, 38, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 5.
- Wendy Jackson, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked May 5.
- Michael Porter, 40, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked May 5.
