- William Spillman, 47, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, more than $10,000 but less than $1,000,000, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 8.
- Jonathan Meade, 21, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of theft by unlawful taking – firearm, and theft by unlawful taking, more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, arrested and booked August 8.
- Brandon Fosson, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (no visible injury), arrested and booked August 8.
- Amanda Henderson, 29, of Grayson, self-surrender, Carter County Circuit Court, arrested and booked August 8.
- Richard Allan, 54, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of fourth degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury, arrested and booked August 8.
- Mark Cox, 55, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked August 8.
- Daniel Bowling, 59, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of third degree criminal mischief, second degree burglary, and failure to appear, arrested and booked August 8.
- Jason Psimer, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and tampering with physical evidence, arrested and booked August 10.
- David Wellman, 38, of Grayson, federal prisoner held in transit/for court/serving out sentence, booked August 10.
- Damon Bailes, 30, of Grayson, federal prisoner held in transit/for court/serving out sentence, booked August 10.
- Kelly Lewis, 51, of Vanceburg, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for parole violation, and on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, arrested and booked August 10.
- Angel Hamm, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of a probation violation for a felony offense, and two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 10.
- Jeremiah James, 19, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of sexual crimes against animals, first degree sexual abuse, first degree rape – victim incapable of consent – physically helpless, first degree sodomy, and third degree unlawful transaction with a minor, arrested and booked August 11.
- Thelma Everman, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of false representation/aiding as licensed electrical contractor, three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and three counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 11.
- Edgar Binion, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Rowan County Detention Center, on a charge of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than two grams of methamphetamine) second or higher offense, arrested and booked August 11.
- Dustin Selvage, 38, of Catlettsburg, arrested by Boyd County Jail, serving a bench warrant for court, arrested and booked August 12.
- Eric Hanna, 31, of Hitchins, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fine, arrested and booked August 12.
- Matthew Grubb, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked August 13.
- Travis Shrout, 23, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place, arrested and booked August 13.
- Ryan Porter, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of speeding 17 MPH over limit, failure to wear seat belts, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, failure to produce insurance card, failure to or improper signal, disregarding stop sign, reckless driving, first degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), license to be in possession, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), arrested and booked August 14.

- Thomas Boggs, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked August 14.
- Elijah Littleton, 31, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 14.
- April Knipp, 33, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a charge of contempt of court – libel/slander – resistance to order, arrested and booked August 15.
