Weekly arrests report: 8/2/23

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Larissa Evans, 30, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on a charge of flagrant non-support, arrested and booked July 25.
  • Kashtyn Kimball, 30, of Aberdeen, Ohio, arrested by Department of Fish and Wildlife, on a charge of operating a boat or watercraft while intoxicated or under the influence, arrested and booked July 25.
  • Estill Stamper, 52, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked July 25.
  • Dana Bailey, 43, address unlisted, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a probation violation for a felony offense, arrested and booked July 25.
  • Shawna Rose, 44, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sherrif, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Tony Chancy, 60, of Grayson, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Joseph Elam, 36, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for drug court, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Megan Wyatt, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a drug court sanction, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Brandon Greene, 32, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for drug court, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Misty Easterling, 42, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, for failure to appear, and a charge o first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), arrested and booked July 26.
  • Joshua Cains, 41, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, charges unavailable (drug court), arrested and booked July 26.
  • Deborah Knell, 51, of Vanceburg, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 26.
  • Terry Roark, 36, of East Bernstadt, arrested by Carter County Circuit Court, serving a warrant for another police agency, and for failure to appear, arrested and booked July 27.
  • James Salyers, 31, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky Department of Corrections, for violation of mandatory reentry supervision, arrested and booked July 27.
  • Lisa Taylor, 37, of Parkersburg, WV, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked July 27.
  • Jerry Colley, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, no registration receipt, no registration plates, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance, arrested and booked July 27.
  • Charles Stevens, 32, of Olive Hill, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of driving on a DUI suspended license, arrested and booked July 28.
  • Joseph LeMaster, 47, of Long Bottom, OH, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of second degree assault (domestic violence), arrested and booked July 29.
  • Virgil McDavid, 46, of Webbville, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of failure to wear seat belts, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, failure to produce an insurance card, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and possession of marijuana, arrested and booked July 29.
  • David Phillips, 36, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of possession of burglary tools, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of items valued at more than $1,000 but less than $10,000, first degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, and third degree criminal trespassing, arrested and booked July 29.
  • Drew Rayburn, 29, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked July 29.
