- Ladusta Hall, 45, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, arrested and booked August 24.
- Jennifer Henderson, 34, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 25.
- Marisa Esque, 26, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of engaging in organized crime/criminal syndicate, aggravated trafficking in narcotics (28 grams or more of fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, and failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 25.
- Rick Allen Hargis, 59, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, for failure to comply with sex offender registration, arrested and booked August 25.
- Tristan Watkins, 28, of Georgetown, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of second degree burglary, arrested and booked August 25.
- Nicole Ludwig, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Grayson PD, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 26.
- Tina Waughtel, 39, of Vanceburg, arresting agency unavailable, on two counts of failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 26.
- Melvin Howard, 49, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 26.

- Jamie Howard, 63, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, arrested and booked August 27.
- Brandon Skaggs, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear on a citation for a misdemeanor, arrested and booked August 27.

- Joshua Adams, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of second degree assault – domestic violence, second degree strangulation (domestic violence related), and interfering with communications, arrested and booked August 27.
- Jason Smith, 49, of Wurtland, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of trafficking in narcotics – second offense (fentanyl), first degree trafficking in narcotics (two or more grams of methamphetamine), and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked August 28.
- Cody Snowden, 27, of Mount Pleasant, MI, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree sexual abuse, and second degree sodomy, arrested and booked August 28.

- Amanda Clifton, 37, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, improper display of registration plates, and failure to produce an insurance card, arrested and booked August 29.
- Russell White, 57, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of fourth degree assault – domestic violence with minor injury, and resisting arrest, arrested and booked August 29.
- Caleb Campbell, 30, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, trafficking in narcotics (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), and possession of drug paraphernalia, arrested and booked August 30.
- Robert Bellew, 46, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, arrested and booked August 31.
