Applications for Kentucky Farm Bureau’s post-secondary scholarship program open now until Feb. 28

LOUISVILLE, KY – The Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) post-secondary scholarship program is accepting applications from high school seniors across the commonwealth from now until 11:59 p.m. Feb. 28. Scholarships will be awarded in more than 50 categories. Some scholarships are also available to nontraditional students. Funds may be applied to tuition, housing, books or other educational expenses.
To be eligible, an applicant must be the child of a KFB member and complete high school within the year they apply. In 2024, KFB awarded 575 Kentucky students a total of $790,950 in scholarships at both the state and county level. The program is made possible through a partnership of the KFB Education Foundation and county Farm Bureaus.
“Kentucky Farm Bureau is deeply committed to supporting Kentucky’s next generation of leaders,” said Eddie Melton, KFB President. “These scholarships offer many students an opportunity to further their academic studies that they may not otherwise get. Throughout our history, we have made education a top priority. We’re incredibly proud of how this program’s impact has grown over the years, one student at a time.”
