- Carolann George, 33, of West Liberty, arrested by Rowand County Detention Center, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 12.
- Jonathan Crum, 39, of Olive Hill, arrested agency unavailable, serving a warrant for another police agency, and on a charge of third degree unlawful transaction with a minor, arrested and booked February 13.
- Regina Broughton, 47, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, for failure to appear, arrested and booked February 13.
- Manuel Gomez, 31, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, arrested and booked February 13.
- Tina Willis, 32, of Flatwoods, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on four counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 13.
- John Dyer, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of careless driving, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, arrested and booked February 14.
- Samantha Napier, 57, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance, arrested and booked February 14.
- Brian Burnett, 40, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges including two counts of first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), two counts of reckless driving, two counts of first degree wanton endangerment, two counts of first degree wanton endangerment – police officer, two counts of speeding 26 MPH or more over the speed limit, three counts of failure to appear, and single counts of all-terrain vehicle violations, disregarding a stop sign, and failure to or improper signal, arrested and booked February 14.
- James Jackson, 44, of Grayson, arresting agency unavailable, on three counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked February 14.
- Larry Burton, 66, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) second offense, arrested and booked February 14.
- Dalton Thomas, 27, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Detention Center, on a hold for drug court, arrested and booked February 14.
- Melissa Pennington, 40, of Hitchins, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked February 14.
- Todd Auer, 59, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, weekender, arrested and booked February 14.
- Brittany Adkins, 38, of Ashland, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked February 15.
- John Bowman, 39, of Clearfield, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, arrested and booked February 15.
- Melinda Crisp, 42, of Wurtland, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to produce an insurance card, and no registration receipt, arrested and booked February 16.
