Donnie Gene Henderson, age 57, of Elliott County, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023, at St. Claire Health Care in Morehead, Kentucky.
He was born October 23, 1965 in Morgan County, Kentucky to the late Norman and Sybil Roe Henderson.
Donnie enjoyed watching University of Kentucky Wildcats Ballgames and talking to his friends on the phone.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jamie Henderson.
Donnie is survived by one brother, Glennis Henderson of Elliott County, Kentucky; one sister, Shirley Holbrook of Elliott County, Kentucky along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Charles Ray Barker and Brother Elijah Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in the Boggs Cemetery in Elliott County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2023 until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
Daniel Wagoner, Donnie Wagoner, Justin Wagoner, Chris Branham, Darby Branham and Jerry Easterling will serve as pallbearers.
