Mrs. Linda Lou Glispie Dailey, age 74, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023, the Life Care Center in Morehead, Kentucky.
She was born Saturday, February 26, 1949, in Carter County, Kentucky, to the late Arlie and Iva Thomas Glispie.
Linda was a Christian and loved caring for people. She enjoyed traveling, going out to eat, going to yard sales and flea markets.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Asa Dailey; one daughter, Amanda Dailey; two brothers, Gerald Glispie and Darrell Glispie; three sisters, Sue Glispie, Teresa Glispie and Rollena Glispie.
Linda is survived by one son, L.A. (Tina) Biggs of Olive Hill, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Hagean Mershon, Shaelee Nichols, Markie Biggs, Louis Biggs and Morgan Biggs; three great-grandchildren, Carson Biggs, Kanyon Spencer, Jaxon Williams; one brother, William (Bimbo) Glispie of Winslow, Indiana; one sister, Elisa Adkins of Columbus, Ohio, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2023, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with her son, L.A. Biggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Burchett Dailey Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 11 a.m., Friday, June 2, 2023 until the service hour at Globe Funeral Chapel.
