Mrs. Patricia Kay Greenhill, age 61, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2022 at Wurtland Nursing Home in Greenup, Kentucky.
She was born Tuesday, September 6, 1960, in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Earl Greenhill and Cora Maggard Greenhill.
Patricia was of the Baptist Faith. She loved listening to music, watching tv, sewing, playing cards, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Cliffford Ray James; one son, Henry James; one brother, Vaughn Greenhill; four sisters, Sharon McCoy, Linda Greenhill, Mary Fredickson and Debbie Greenhill.
Patricia is survived by one daughter, Amanda Ray (Watt Allen) Hanshaw of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one grandson, Jacob Lee Rock; one brother, Johnny Greenhill of Lexington, Kentucky; two sisters, Brenda Greenhill and Karen Greenhill both of Morehead, Kentucky; a special niece, Margaret Romans of Greenup, Kentucky, along with a host of other family members and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Phillip Roe officiating. Burial will follow in the Hollingsworth Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Watt Hanshaw, Richard Biggs, Tyler Hanshaw, Terry Romans, Brian Romans and Phil Romans will serve as pallbearers.
