William Jess Collins, age 72, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2026, at his residence.
He was born Wednesday, September 8,1954, in Dayton, Ohio, a son of the late Harran and Mary Cooley Collins.
William enjoyed watching American Pickers, being outdoors and hanging out with his friends, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Brook Collins; four children, Christopher Collins, Keshia Collins, Jess Collins, Ricki Rena Collins; one stepbrother, Larry Willobhy and one sister Diana Littleton.
William is survived by one son Harley Collins of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Hailey (Keith) Madden of Worthington, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Zachariah, Celina, Trinity, Stevie; one brother, J. C. Collins of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one sister, Tammy Smith of Hitchens, Kentucky, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Globe Funeral Chapel 17277 West US Hwy 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky, with Brother Todd Antrobus officiating. Burial will follow in Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Friends may visit after 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, until the service hour at the funeral home.
Harley Collins, JC Collins, Ronnie Sexton, Robert Sexton, Nick Wilson and Scotty Madden will serve as pallbearers.
