The Grayson Gallery and Arts Center will be presenting their 12th annual “Women in the Arts” art show, sale, and celebration in honor of Women’s History Month during their Final Friday show on March 28. They are currently accepting submissions from any female artist, in all mediums and on any subject. Entertainment will be provided by the Appalachian Ladies Revue, and female owned caterers will also have their work showcased during the event.
Artists may submit up to three pieces each, of any size, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 or Monday, March 24. Artists may also arrange other times for drop off with prior approval from the gallery director or volunteers. Work must be ready to hang, or otherwise display for sculpture or 3D pieces, with the artist’s name, title, and price (or marked NFS for pieces that are not for sale).

The gallery’s monthly Final Friday Art Walk events are always free and open to the public, from 6 to 9 p.m. on the last Friday of each month.
