Judge administers oath to Teen Court participants

December 15, 2021

Judge Rupert Wilhoit administers the oath to participants in the Kentucky Teen Court Program on Monday evening. Teen Court allows first-time juvenile offenders to participate in a process with their peers, rather than formal court proceedings. If they successfully complete their sentence, which can include anything from community service to writing essays, they can have their charges dismissed after six months. (Photo by Jeremy D.
