Weekly arrest report: 4/6/22

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Carter County Detention Center over the past week. This list includes local arrests only. It does not include federal inmates being housed at or transported through the detention center.

  • Reyna Winter, 26, of Olive Hill, self-surrender, arrested and booked March 28.
  • Ronald Miller, 49, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin), and four counts of non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, arrested and booked March 28.
  • James Sagraves, 53, of Grayson, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, careless driving, and two counts of failure to appear, police also served three warrants for parole violations, arrested and booked March 28.
  • Patricia Staten, 54, of Louisa, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, arrested and booked March 28.
  • Markese Washington, 26, of Pontiac, MI, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, arrested and booked March 28.
  • James Griffith, 59, of Rush, arrested by Grayson PD, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at $10,000 or more, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, and no operator’s license, arrested and booked March 28.
  • Shelby Rice, 20, of Morehead, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 29.
  • Craig Fryer, 34, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked March 29.
  • Marsha Dinkens, 30, of Rush, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 29.
  • Shawn King, 38, of Grayson, arrested by Grayson PD, on a charge of first degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), arrested and booked March 29.
  • David Prince, 37, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, and on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked March 29.
  • Mason Skaggs, 18, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree disorderly conduct, and public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked March 30.
  • Amanda Valandingham, 42, of Mount Sterling, arrested by Elliott County Sheriff, for failure to appear, arrested and booked March 31.
  • Michael Salyers, 36, of Rush, arrested by Boyd County Jail, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked March 31.
  • Tara Lyons, 45, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, charges unavailable, arrested and booked March 31.
  • Savannah Berry, 37, of Hebron, arrested by Kentucky State Police, for failure to appear, arrested and booked April 1.
  • Misty Griffith, 43, of Grayson, arrested by Carter District Court, for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition – shoplifting, arrested and booked April 1.
  • John Clevenger, 44, or Webbville, arrested by Grayson PD, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked April 1.
  • Travis Eldridge, 28, of Olive Hill, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, as a fugitive (warrant not required), arrested and booked April 1.
  • Michael Carter, 24, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, serving a warrant for a parole violation, arrested and booked April 1.
  • Ronnie Henderson, 46, of Olive Hill, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to wear seat belts, possession of drug paraphernalia, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two grams or more of methamphetamine), first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than four grams of cocaine), trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces), failure to maintain required insurance, no registration plates, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, arrested and booked April 2.
  • Thomas Boggs, 50, of Grayson, arrested by Carter County Sheriff, on two counts of failure to appear, arrested and booked April 2.
  • Katlynn Hogston, 29, of Garrison, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence (with aggravating circumstances), second degree wanton endangerment, failure to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, no registration plates, no registration receipt, license not in possession, rear license not illuminated, and failure to appear, arrested and booked April 3.
