- Parish Hamm, 28, of Morehead, arrested by Department of Corrections, on a parole violation (for felony offense), and a charge of first degree wanton endangerment, arrested and booked October 6.

- Franklin Sturgill, 56, of Sandy Hook, arrested by Kentucky State Police, on charges of first degree wanton endangerment, first degree wanton endangerment – police officer, and first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), arrested and booked October 8.
- Zachary Kinder, 28, of Morehead, arrested by Olive Hill PD, on a charge of public intoxication on a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), arrested and booked October 9.
